Description

Where Summer Never Ends — Sunshine Stripe Ceramic Dinnerware Collection

Some dinner sets dress the table. The Sunshine Stripe Collection animates it. Built around the cheerful energy of a warm yellow stripe and a sculptural wavy ruffled rim that runs consistently across every piece, this 16-piece New Bone China set brings a confident, graphic joy to the everyday table that few ceramic collections at this price point dare to attempt.

The Rim That Changes Everything

The defining feature of this collection is not the stripe — it is the three-dimensional wavy ruffled rim. On the dinner plate, the undulating edge rises and dips in a full circle around the plate perimeter, casting subtle shadows across the surface and giving the piece a hand-formed, artisan character that stands in sharp contrast to conventional flat-edged dinnerware. The same sculptural rim wraps the dessert plate. The bowl takes it further — the ruffled edge flares outward and upward like a blooming flower, creating a silhouette that reads as a decorative object even when empty. The mug completes the set with a clean cylindrical form that lets the bold stripe carry the visual weight.

Two Stripe Directions, One Palette

The yellow stripe is consistent across all four piece types, but the orientation shifts: the dinner plate carries a radial spoke stripe that radiates from the center like sunrays; the dessert plate and mug feature parallel horizontal and vertical stripes for a classic, graphic feel.

This subtle variation in stripe direction keeps the collection visually interesting across a fully set table while maintaining complete tonal unity in the warm yellow and white palette.

The stripe is hand-painted — not a mechanical transfer — which means each piece carries a slight variation in line quality that signals craftsmanship and gives the collection a premium market position above mass-produced graphic dinnerware.

Practical by Design

New Bone China delivers a naturally brighter white body than standard ceramic, making the yellow stripe appear more vivid and saturated. The lead-free, food-safe glaze is both microwave and dishwasher safe — the full practical package for a set that is meant to be used, washed, and enjoyed daily, not kept for display. OEM support for custom colors and packaging is available with low MOQ and sample delivery in 7 days.

Competitive Advantage

• Sculptural wavy ruffled rim on every piece — The three-dimensional undulating edge is applied consistently across dinner plate, dessert plate, bowl, and mug form; rare at this price tier and immediately distinguishes the set from standard round-edged stripe tableware in retail and hospitality contexts.
• Bowl with flared ruffled rim — The outward-flaring ruffled bowl silhouette functions as a decorative centerpiece when empty; the visual impact at the table is significantly stronger than a standard straight-sided cereal bowl and drives impulse purchase in retail.
• Hand-painted stripe — not transfer printed — The slight variation in line quality inherent to hand-painted decoration adds artisan character and perceived value; this positions the collection above mass-produced graphic ceramic sets at comparable pricing.
• Radial + parallel stripe variation across the set — The dinner plate's sun-ray radial stripe and the dessert plate/mug's horizontal/vertical stripe create visual interest and variety across a fully set table without breaking tonal or color unity.
• New Bone China body — Brighter white base makes the yellow stripe appear more vivid and saturated than the same decoration on standard ceramic; material quality reinforces the premium positioning.
• Sunshine yellow palette — broad seasonal versatility — Yellow is a perennial strong performer in EU and North American home décor; not seasonal-specific like Christmas red or Easter pastel — sells year-round and in all markets.
• Microwave + dishwasher safe — Full daily-use credentials remove the practical objection to buying a design-forward dinnerware set; expands qualified buyer pool to include restaurants and hotels, not only gift retail.
• Low MOQ + 7-day sample — Fast sample turnaround reduces buyer risk; low MOQ makes the collection accessible to mid-size lifestyle retailers and private label importers without large inventory commitment.
